Bobbie Norris is the Managing Director of Business Development at RangeWater Real Estate. In her role, Bobbie is responsible for growing RangeWater’s presence through the Southeast and Southwest with current and new third-party clients. Bobbie’s day-to-day duties comprise of supporting her team to assist the firm’s clients, including both small private owners and developers and larger institutional clients, assessing markets, reviewing underwriting, and aiding in the development and purchase of new communities.

Bobbie has over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry. She joined RangeWater in Spring 2016 as the Regional Director for North and South Carolina, where she was instrumental in sparking new business growth and the opening of four new developments in Charlotte and Raleigh. In 2018 Bobbie was promoted to Director of the Southwest where she was responsible for the establishment of RangeWater’s presence in the Dallas and Austin, Texas markets. Bobbie has extensive property management experience in a variety of markets across the Southwest and Southeast.

Bobbie graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations and English-technical writing. She holds a Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor Designation (CAPS) and is an active volunteer with the Habitat for Humanity of Greater Charlotte, the Wounded Warrior Project of the Carolinas, and Give Hope Global Organization. She currently resides in Charlotte, NC.
