Dana G. Pate is the Managing Director of Marketing and Public Relations for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Dana oversees all corporate marketing initiatives, media relations and overall brand execution. This includes the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting and oversight of the marketing department’s creative and strategic output, financials and overall operations. Her efforts have led to national recognition of RangeWater by IREM, NMHC, NAHB, various Business Chronicles and more.

Dana joined RangeWater in 2012. Her experience spans across conventional, student, age-targeted and age-restricted multifamily assets and build-to-rent homes across the Sun Belt. Dana’s creative approach to multifamily marketing has earned her numerous speaking opportunities at the National Apartment Association Education Conference, NMHC OpTech, Apartment Internet Marketing Conference and Interface Multifamily.

Dana graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing and Certificate of Hospitality. She resides in Snellville, GA with her husband, Kevin, and two daughters, Emerson and Elliot.
