Desmond Blair is a Talent Acquisition Partner at RangeWater Real Estate. An expert in leveraging LinkedIn, Facebook, Indeed and other platforms to recruit candidates, Desmond is responsible for recruiting outstanding team members. He also attends university and college career fairs and assists with onboarding new associates. Additionally, Desmond partners with the Regional Directors and Community Directors to assist with team staffing needs.

Desmond began his property management career in 2016 while attending Valdosta State University and joined RangeWater in 2018. He resides in Atlanta and has a passion for traveling with family and friends.
