Mario Marcellino Jr. is a Director of Capital Projects for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Mario oversees all Capital Projects throughout the RangeWater portfolio, including property renovations, unit renovations, asset preservation projects, amenity upgrades / remodels, and leading teams in the due diligence process for new assets.

Mario was born and raised in New York and graduated from Pace University with a business management degree. Prior to joining RangeWater, Mario ran a large contracting company in NYC and surrounding metro areas.  Mario received his HVAC engineering certification while designing systems with Mitsubishi Electric. He worked on building and renovating commercial buildings along with single and multi-family homes.

Mario resides in the Tampa Bay area and enjoys all forms of outdoor activities, the waterways that Tampa has to offer as well as visits with his family.
