Matt Tracy is the Managing Director of Innovation and Technology at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the firm’s Innovation, technology and business transformation strategy including cybersecurity, BI and analytics, PropTech, and business process. In addition, he is tasked with innovating and implementing RangeWater’s overall technology strategy to maintain the company’s position at the forefront of the industry.

Matt joined RangeWater in 2022 with over 20 years of systems experience, allowing Matt to bridge the gap between innovation, business transformation, technology, and real estate disciplines, creating truly holistic solutions. Most recently, Matt served as VP of Business Transformation and Technology for a full-service real estate developer and owner/operator with $3B in assets.

Matt successfully completed CISM, Lean Six Sigma, PMP and ITIL Foundation v3 Training, and is currently enrolled in the Berkley Chief Technology Officer program. He also holds a ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Matt is passionate about architecture, construction and building science.  He resides in Northern Colorado with his wife and pets.
