Stephen Hattwick is the Director of Preconstruction for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Stephen manages the overall Preconstruction activities of RangeWater for both in house construction projects and third-party construction projects.  He is responsible for managing cost estimating and preplanning efforts to support underwriting on new deals from Concept to Construction.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Stephen worked on projects totaling over $2 Billion across the US. He brings a diverse background of over 20 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Construction, and Architecture across all types of projects from Multifamily to Museums.

Stephen holds a Master of Real Estate Finance degree from Georgetown University,  A Master of Architecture Degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Bachelor of Economics from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs New York. He is an avid triathlete and runner. Stephen resides in Atlanta and enjoys spending time with his wife Alissa playing golf, hiking, and traveling.
