Multifamily real estate firm makes largest rankings jump on list, moving up 16 spots with 74,163 units under management
ATLANTA (April 14, 2022) – RangeWater Real Estate is ranked No. 17 among the National Multifamily Housing Council’s 2022 Largest Apartment Managers, according to a ranking published this week. RangeWater jumped 16 places, the largest leap of any firm in 2022, to earn the 17th spot on the 50 Largest Apartment Managers List. RangeWater was ranked 33rd in 2021. The company also is ranked in the top 10 of third-party management companies.
