ATLANTA (October 16, 2025) – RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with properties across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, has appointed Wendy Tucker as Managing Director of Property Management. In this role, Tucker will oversee property management operations for Coastal Georgia, the Carolinas, and Mid-Atlantic states, continuing the company’s commitment to operational excellence and community-driven living experiences.

With more than 25 years of multifamily experience, Tucker has built a career leading teams and optimizing operations at some of the nation’s most respected real estate firms, including CF Real Estate Services, Greystar, RPM Living, and Trammell Crow Residential. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations for CLS Living, where she established a new residential vertical and team of operations leaders.

Over the course of her career, Tucker has managed portfolios of more than 20,000 units across the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Southeast. Her experience covers all asset classes, with expertise in Class A and B multifamily communities, to senior and affordable housing. Known for her strong leadership and strategic approach, she has guided teams through every phase of the development cycle, from new constructions and lease-ups to renovations and repositioning, consistently driving asset performance and team value.

Tucker holds a degree in business and has served multiple terms as president of the Charleston Apartment Association. She remains active in the National Apartment Association and volunteers with several Charleston-based nonprofits, including 100 Women Who Care Charleston and Cinderella Day Charleston, supporting women, children, and veterans in need.
