ATLANTA (July 31, 2020) – RangeWater Real Estate ranks No. 3 on the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 25 Largest Apartment Property Management Companies. Rankings are based on the number of units managed in Atlanta.

30% of the firm’s overall portfolio is managed in Metro Atlanta, 49 properties managed by their property management arm and an additional 17 owned assets.
