Olea is RangeWater's age-targeted and age-restricted platform. We design Olea properties for active adults who want a social and maintenance-free lifestyle in an amenity-rich multifamily community. 

The first Olea communities opened Summer 2020 and stabilized within 12 months. The next two Olea developments commenced construction in the Winter of 2021 and began leasing in early 2024.
