Chelsea is the Senior Director of Marketing for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Chelsea oversees the overall creation and implementation of marketing strategies and performance of each asset in the portfolio including expense control, lead and lease allocation, search optimization, and social media presence.

Chelsea joined RangeWater in 2016 as a Regional Marketing manager then promoted to Marketing Director in 2019 and Strategic Marketing Director in 2020 and Director of Marketing in 2022. Chelsea has experience in both lease-ups and stabilized properties across a broad spectrum of product lines. Prior to joining RangeWater, Chelsea worked in the telecommunications industry in corporate marketing.

Chelsea is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations. She resides in Marietta, GA, with her husband, Jeremy, and their sons Chase and Brooks.
