As Senior Vice President of Strategic Initiatives Doug partners with senior leadership to define and execute the company's highest-priority strategic initiatives from revenue growth and M&A integration to AI-driven automation and service centralization. His mandate is executing the firm's strategic growth plan in a scalable and measurable way.

Doug founded a regional IT services company in 2001, built it into a recognized fast-growth business, and successfully sold it to a national IT service provider. That experience as a founder and CEO who scaled and exited a services business shapes how he approaches transformation: with a bias toward execution, accountability, and results that show up in the numbers. 

Following the acquisition, Doug held senior leadership roles at the national provider and its parent global services organization, where his most significant contribution was the development of a standardized framework for workflows, processes, and service delivery built to unify a fragmented portfolio of acquired businesses. That effort included cross-functional integration work with the broader global platform and European acquisitions, giving him deep experience in what it takes to bring order, consistency, and performance to complex, multi-entity organizations.

Doug and his wife live in the Phoenix, Arizona area. They enjoy spending time with their five children and two grandchildren, serving their community, and being outdoors. His interests include traveling, shooting sports, and family history.
