As Senior Vice President of Marketing at RangeWater, Elizabeth leads enterprise-wide strategy for the firm's national portfolio, overseeing a 20+-person team spanning corporate, property performance, and creative marketing. Elizabeth is a strategic marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience in multifamily real estate marketing. 

Elizabeth is known for turning marketing into a business driver, building the infrastructure, teams, and revenue-generating platforms that connect brand to bottom line. Her background spans the full arc of the industry, from on-site operations to executive marketing leadership, giving her a grounded perspective on what moves the needle at both the property and portfolio level.

Elizabeth is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys life in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband and son.
