Franco Minton is the Chief People Officer at RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Franco is responsible for leading talent acquisition, total rewards management, training, employee engagement, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and leadership development. His focus on fostering a high-performing and inclusive work environment aligns with RangeWater's commitment to its team members, partners and residents alike. 

Throughout his career, Franco has been recognized for his people-focused oversight. He has held various Human Capital senior positions in the financial services, healthcare, and real estate sectors. Prior to joining RangeWater, Franco served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resource Strategy & Consulting at Wellstar Health Systems, one of Georgia's largest healthcare systems. He has also held similar roles at Truist/SunTrust and Fifth Third Bank. 

In addition to his professional achievements, Franco holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Cincinnati. He is actively involved in several professional organizations and trade schools, regularly speaking on human resources transformation and entrepreneurship. Franco is the President of the Leadership Group with the American Club Association and serves as the President of the Monthly First Thursday Human Resources Seminars. He is also a member of Business Networking International and the Society for Human Resource Management. 

Franco resides in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending his free time in the great outdoors, engaging in activities such as golfing, boating, camping, hiking, and fishing in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
