Glenn Mathis is the CEO of RangeWater Residential, one of the nation’s Top 25 largest apartment managers, overseeing approximately 75,000 units across the United States. He leads the company’s focus on operational excellence, data-driven strategy, and experience-centric service, driving NOI performance, revenue growth, and long-term value creation across multifamily and build-to-rent portfolios.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Glenn served as CEO of Integris, an OMERS-backed national managed IT services platform, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives focused on AI-enabled automation, digital modernization, and M&A execution. Before that, he spent 23 years at All Covered, a division of Konica Minolta, ultimately serving as the leader of their global client services organization and managed IT services division.

Originally from South Africa, Glenn attended Rand Afrikaans University and University of Louisiana at Lafayette and has received various industry and leadership awards throughout his career. He now lives in Minnesota with his wife and family and enjoys ice fishing, cricket, and rugby.
