Kaden is the Managing Director of Property Management for RangeWater Real Estate. In this role, Kaden is responsible for monitoring the detailed operations of the portfolio with specific emphasis on ancillary revenue, transitions, property services, capex, and other strategic initiatives including creating and implementing streamlined policies and procedures to improve property and corporate-level processes and efficiencies.

Kaden joined RangeWater in 2020 with six years of multifamily industry experience in roles such as Regional Manager and Director of Strategic Planning for a multifamily company. Her areas of expertise include strategic planning, financial and operational analysis, project management, and streamlining corporate communication.

Kaden earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Shorter University and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Finance from Louisiana State University. Kaden is an active member of the National Apartment Association, the Atlanta Apartment Association, and the Institute of Real Estate Management. She is a recipient of IREM’s 30 under 30, Class of 2020 and NAA’s 20 in Their Twenties, Class of 2021. Kaden resides in Holly Springs, GA, with her husband, Trevor, and daughter, Olivia.
