Krista Messic is the Senior Vice President of People Operations and Total Rewards for RangeWater Real Estate. She is responsible for the company’s human resources administration, employee relations, risk management, policy development and documentation, payroll and organizational development. Krista joined RangeWater in 2008 with 16 years of experience in the multifamily industry.

Krista helped launch RangeWater's Property Management division in 2010, and played a vital role in onboarding staff and implementing new policies and programs.

Prior to joining RangeWater, Krista was a human resources director for an Atlanta-based property developer, and was responsible for all aspects of human resources for the company and its three subsidiaries. Krista also has experience as a commercial property manager, and began her career as a quality assurance administrator for an international environmental laboratory.

Krista attended Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma and Kennesaw State University in Georgia. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and SHRM-Atlanta. In her spare time, Krista enjoys tennis, cooking, reading, and theatre. She resides in Marietta with her husband and two daughters.
