Pete Cowan is the Senior Managing Director of Partnership Growth at RangeWater Residential, where he leads the firm's M&A strategy, identifying and executing acquisitions that expand RangeWater's national platform and strengthen its position as one of the most innovative multifamily operators.

Pete's background includes a mix of real estate and finance, previously holding positions at Avenue5 Residential, Bridge Investment Group, and Goldman Sachs. At Avenue5, he served as Vice President of Client Strategy, working with institutional, private equity, and high-net-worth clients to identify and execute acquisitions that expanded the firm's management platform across five Western and Midwest markets. At Bridge Investment Group, Pete led strategic initiatives identifying new income opportunities that increased asset value at both the property and portfolio level. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Management Division.

Residing in the Mountain West, Pete is a pilot, former D1 athlete, and graduate of Bates College.
