A Georgia company plans to break ground in April on The Rosery, a 224-unit apartment community near the intersection of Rosery Road and Clearwater-Largo Road. The community will include street-side retail, public art and connectivity to the Pinellas Trail. The Rosery will be the second project in Largo for Atlanta-based Pollack Shores, which also developed and sold Gateway North.
