We recognized a gap in the market between dated and new multifamily product and saw the unique opportunity to reposition an older asset to satisfy renter demand for Class A apartments at a discount to new product.
Our asset management, construction management, property management, and interior design teams developed a renovation strategy to maximize value, completing comprehensive renovations of 368 units, and transforming common areas and amenities through $2.5M in upgrades.
