Apartment Developer Doubles Down on East Dallas With New Project

RangeWater Real Estate, a development firm formerly known as Pollack Shores, plans to build an apartment property in Lowest Greenville, known for its nightlife activities and walkable neighborhood of restaurants and bars, for its second East Dallas project.

This doubles down on the Atlanta-based development firm's efforts in Dallas after beginning its first ground-up apartment project in the Lone Star state in East Dallas last summer. The deal is part of a larger expansion plan for RangeWater throughout Texas and the Sun Belt.
