An Atlanta-based multifamily real estate firm is looking to add Denver and Phoenix to its portfolio.

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has hired Kim Sperry to lead an expansion into the two markets, working from the Mile High City.

She said she joined Pollack Shores at the end of August, and is tasked with identifying multifamily development and acquisition opportunities in Denver and Phoenix.

“We’re more focused on development opportunities, but are also looking at acquisition opportunities that would be more of a value-add execution,” Sperry said.
