Clearwater Luxury Apartment Complex Solaris Key Has Grand Opening

Solaris Key, a $66-million luxury apartment complex overlooking Old Tampa Bay in Clearwater, will have its grand opening Thursday.
Located on 37 acres at 2855 Gulf to Bay Blvd. between U.S. 19 and the Bayside Bridge, the community with a private beach has 426 units ranging from $1,059 for a one bedroom, one bath apartment to $1,960 for a three-bedroom, two bath unit.
Solaris Key, which has been occupied since June, was developed by Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Groups. Its other projects include two apartment communities in Tampa, NoHo Flats, at 401 N. Rome Ave., which opened last year, and the nearby Havana Square, now under construction.
