Atlanta-based RangeWater Real Estate, formerly known as Pollack Shores, is planning to build an eight-story, 236-unit apartment complex at 5714 Richmond Ave. in East Dallas. Residents will be able to start moving into the complex by spring 2022. GFF Architects and contractor Oden Hughes are leading the project’s design and construction.
