The Kingsman in lower South End Atlanta developer RangeWater Real Estate paid $12.2 million in April for 3.8 acres at 4700 Nations Crossing Road. The Kingsman, a 350-unit apartment community, is now under construction in lower South End. It is RangeWater's ninth Charlotte multifamily development and is slated to deliver in spring 2025.
