Nearly 300 Apartments Coming To Holly Springs

The city of Holly Springs will soon become home to a 272,000-square-foot luxury apartment community. Multifamily developer and investment firm Pollack Shores Real Estate Group said Tuesday that it has closed on the purchase of land at the intersection of Holly Springs Parkway and Rabbit Hill Road/Holly Park Lane for its project.

Design plans for the development were recently finalized, with the project expected to break ground later this month, the company added. The apartment community will feature 282 units and offer convenient access to major employers and several dining and retail destinations. The project is part of Pollack Shores' investment in projects in the suburban market, which it said has helped generate "record revenue" over the last year.
