A Blueprint for Multifamily Success

Atlanta-based multifamily developer Pollack Shores Real Estate Group’s announcement that they have sold their first incubator project in Florida comes with a footnote: It was a blueprint for their later success here and elsewhere.

The project was 5 West Apartments. It was one of their first developments and their first entry into Florida. It led to many of their later innovations for success that included social directors that are now found in more than half of its present properties.
