Alp Kirmizioglu Promoted to Executive Managing Director of Construction for RangeWater Real Estate

RangeWater’s in-house construction division continues strategic growth with over 1,000 units in production
ATLANTA (October 31, 2023) – RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, promotes Alp Kirmizioglu to the position of Executive Managing Director of Construction. In this role, Kirmizioglu manages RangeWater Construction, the firm’s in-house construction firm, while also overseeing the Construction Management, Design Management, and Quality Control functions in support of all projects under development.

In the 18 months since its inception, Kirmizioglu has expanded RangeWater Construction to 20 team members and led several projects for the division, including the most recent groundbreaking development, Camino. This development is set to add 303 apartment units and townhomes to the diverse City of Doraville and signifies the Firm’s 26th development in Atlanta. This marks the third project for the in-house construction division with the first homes slated for completion in Summer 2025 and final homes to be delivered that Fall.

Other development projects built by RangeWater’s in-house construction team include Tortola, a 288-unit residential community in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This multifamily project features three-story, garden-style buildings spanning 20 acres which include several outdoor amenities. Tortola will also feature one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, offering future residents access to walking paths, outdoor green spaces, and a car wash. Completion of this project is expected in Summer 2024.
RangeWater Construction is also building a beautifully designed community of apartment homes for rent in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The Margot is a multifamily community with 332 apartments located approximately 30 miles northeast of Atlanta. RangeWater expects the project to be completed in Fall 2024.
With over fifteen years of experience, Kirmizioglu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, and Construction Management from Middle East Technical University in Turkey, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He is an avid fan of Atlanta’s local sports teams, especially Atlanta United and the Falcons. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Anna, and three young daughters: Cecilia, Mona, and Leyla.
