With just a few months until the opening of SunTrust Park, construction at The Battery is heading into the final innings.

In preparation for new residents moving in, prices have been released for the three apartment developments that make up the “Home at The Battery Atlanta.”

Residences, Parkside, and Flats, which all include various levels of amenities, will start opening in the spring, with units coming online into the summer.

Developer Pollack Shores says pre-leasing has been incredibly strong, indicating that many are excited about the prospects of living just a pitch away from the Braves’ home field.

The smallest of the developments, known as the Residences, will open in April. Featuring a rooftop bar and lounge, the building will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units. Prices will range from $1,855 to $3,830 a month.

In May, Parkside will come online, offering “an exclusive clubhouse with unmatched views of the ballpark, a modern pool with sun shelf and lounge seating, and a stately lounge and entertainment center featuring billiards and shuffleboard.” The building will also provide one-, two-, and three-bedroom options, with prices ranging from the more affordable $1,225 a month to more than $4,300.

Finally, in June, 239 one- and two-bedroom units will open at The Flats along the shopping corridor of the district. Amenities will include a sleek pool and clubhouse complete with viewing bar, billiards tables, a gourmet kitchen, and cyber café. Units in the development will range from $1,355 to $3,030 a month.

Given the anticipated traffic woes around the stadium, renting a unit at The Battery may be the best way to guarantee an on-time arrival for the first pitch.

Braves fans better hurry, before they’re all leased up!
