Atlanta real estate firm picks Dallas' Ross Avenue for first Texas development

An Atlanta-based multifamily development and investment firm is continuing its expansion into Texas with a new apartment building on Dallas' Ross Avenue.

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group recently closed on a piece of land at 4302 Ross Ave. where it plans to build its first development project in Texas - a 240-unit, 4-story luxury apartment complex.

The lot, previously used as a car dealership, is situated less than a mile from downtown Dallas in an area where vacant lots and small shops have given way to large, luxury apartment buildings.
