The Battery Atlanta Feels Like Home in Georgia

The three-property development anchored by SunTrust Park will start pre-leasing in December.
Atlanta—Pollack Shores, a full-service company operating in the Southeast, recently revealed details for Home at the Battery Atlanta, a three-property project located within the mixed-use community of The Battery Atlanta in Cumberland, Ga. The Parkside, The Residences and The Flats developments will be sited at the corner of Interstates 75 and 285, in close proximity to various dining and shopping venues and the new home of the Atlanta Braves.
The 221-unit Parkside will be located on The Battery Atlanta’s main street, adjacent to SunTrust Park’s central plaza. The property will feature an exclusive clubhouse, swimming pool, lounge seating and entertainment center.
The Residences will offer 81 apartments in the heart of the community, featuring a rooftop bar, lounge with a TV gallery and wrap-around balconies with views of the Braves stadium.
The Flats will comprise 239 units situated in the community’s shopping district. Property amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse with entertainment center, gourmet kitchen, fireplace and a cyber café.
Residents at the three communities will have access to many of The Battery Atlanta’s amenities, including the Omni Hotel, The Coca-Cola Roxy Theatre, a variety of chef-driven restaurants and more than 700,000 square feet of retail and office space. Furthermore, The Battery Atlanta will also house One Ballpark Center and Comcast’s regional office headquarters—where the company will accommodate its Innovation Lab.
Home at the Battery Atlanta is slated to open in March 2017, while pre-leasing starts Dec. 2016.
