First look: Atlanta developer previews new Ross Avenue apartment project

Atlanta-based developer Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is offering a first look at the apartment community it plans to build just east of downtown Dallas.

The builder plans to construct the 240-unit rental community at 4302 Ross Avenue and Peak Street.

The apartment project will replace vacant automotive sales lots on the property.

Construction is set to start this month on the building, which will open in early 2021.

GFF designed the project.

Pollack Shores officials say it's being built on one of the last large development tracts along Ross, which is being redeveloped with new housing and retail.
