Did You Hear? Pollack Shores Picks Wilhelmson to Lead Texas Charge

But the chance to help a growing apartment company build its new Dallas operation emerged, and Wilhelmson jumped at the opportunity, accepting the job as managing director of the Southwest region at Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, an Atlanta-based multifamily development and investment firm.

“The opportunity to lead the firm’s expansion in the Southwest was simply too good to pass up,” Wilhelmson said. “This is a big piece of growth they’re looking to take on.”

Pollack Shores, headed by President and Chief Executive Steven Shores and co-founder and Chairman Marc Pollack, opened its Dallas office last year when it acquired a development in the West Village area of Uptown. The firm is making a significant capital investment to reposition and upgrade the luxury community comprised of the Flats at The Sawyer and Lofts at the Sawyer.
