HR Veteran Franco Minton Joins RangeWater As Real Estate Firm's Chief People Officer

RangeWater Real Estate, a fully integrated rental housing company with assets across the Sun Belt and Mountain West, welcomes its first-ever Chief People Officer, Franco Minton. Minton brings over two decades of human capital resourcing and development experience across multiple industries to the RangeWater team.
In his new role, Minton will build processes that support RangeWater’s strategic growth, overseeing important human resources initiatives such as talent acquisition and management, employee engagement, DE&I initiatives, and leadership development across all business platforms to realize the firm’s business objectives and drive performance.

Serving as the “people’s champion” and culture advocate, Minton will work closely with the executive leadership team to elevate and improve human resources management that delivers a high-performing, inclusive work environment.
Minton’s wide-ranging influence, keen industry insight, and people-focused leadership have been hallmarks of his career spanning over 20 years. Minton has held numerous Human Capital leadership positions in the financial services, healthcare, and real estate sectors. He previously served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resource Strategy & Consulting with Wellstar Health Systems, one of the largest healthcare systems in Georgia and held similar roles at Truist/SunTrust and Fifth Third Bank.

Minton received his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Cincinnati. Minton is President of the Leadership Group with the American Club Association and Executive Partner and President of the Monthly First Thursday Human Resources Seminars where he regularly speaks to professional organizations and trade schools on human resources transformation and entrepreneurship. He is also a member of Business Networking International and the Society for Human Resource Management, in addition to President of the Golf Association at Harrison High School.
Minton lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children. He enjoys spending time outdoors, including golfing, boating, camping, hiking, and fishing in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
