Local real estate leader to head multifamily developer's Dallas office

A multifamily investor and operator that made its first foray into North Texas last year has hired a local real estate leader to head its southwest office.

Nick Wilhelmson has been hired by Atlanta-based Pollack Shores Real Estate Group as managing director of its Southwest Region office, which is located in Dallas. Wilhelmson joins Pollack Shores from Alliance Residential, where he was a development director.

In his new position, Wilhelmson will be responsible for Pollack Shores’ development initiatives in major Texas markets, like Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, in addition to other portions of the southwestern region.
