Mixed-use development with 276 apartments breaking ground in Gwinnett

The Everett, a project from Pollack Shores Real Estate Group, will be built on Suwanee Buford Dam Road. The  development will have 276 apartments and a variety of retail space and restaurants, according to a press release from the developer. It will also have a 2-acre green space.

The Everett will be less than a mile’s walk to Suwanee Town Center and across the street from an entry to Brushy Creek Greenway, a multi-use trail. The Greenway connects to a 16-mile network of city and county trails.

Suwanee is one of Gwinnett County’s fastest-growing cities, recent U.S. Census Bureau data shows. The city’s population has increased by a third since 2010.
