New Durham apartment complex fetches $64M

An Atlanta multifamily developer has cashed in on an investment next to Keystone Technology Park, selling a new apartment complex for $64 million.

Pollack Shores Real Estate Group built the 330-unit complex – now called the Republic Flats, at 800 Finsbury St. – in 2016. The transaction was finalized Tuesday, according to county property records, and breaks down to nearly $194,000 per unit.
