Permit Issued Related to North Gulch Project

Pollack Shores Real Estate Goup has landed a permit related to its mixed-use building planned for the North Gulch.

Specifically, the Atlanta-based developer will have Demo Plus raze a small building last home to Signs Now and located at 132 George L. Davis Blvd. (See image here courtesy of Google Maps.) The permit is valued at $35,000, according to a Metro Codes Department document.

The 3.44-acre site is bounded by Church Street on the north, 12th Avenue on the east, Grundy Street on the south and Davis Boulevard on the west.
