In the Pipeline: Active Adult Community Planned in Florida; Titan, Civitas Open in Texas

Developer and investment firm Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is planning to develop 166 active adult apartments in the Viera master-planned community in Melbourne, Florida.

The community, Olea at Viera, will have one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes that range from 630 to 1510 square feet.
