Pollack Shores Breaks Ground on New Luxury Multifamily Development in Brevard County

Marisol at Viera is First New Apartment Community in Viera, Fla. in Eight Years

Atlanta, GA/Viera, FL. (July 8, 15) – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (“PSREG”) recently broke ground on Marisol at Viera, a 282-unit luxury apartment community in Viera, Fla.   This most recent project brings Pollack Shores’ current Florida portfolio to over 4,400 units with a total capitalization of over $550M.

Marisol at Viera is part of the master-planned community called Viera, which sits along I-95 and boasts easy access to area beaches, Melbourne and Cocoa Beach. This well-planned, walkable community is close to shopping, restaurants, schools and major employment centers. Amenities for the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments include a resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and bar with cabanas, fitness center and fenced dog park. It will also feature Mediterranean architecture and interiors, large balconies, luxury plank flooring, large kitchen islands, granite countertops, under mount sinks, and pendant lighting.

Marisol at Viera is scheduled to have the first units available by April of 2016, with final completion expected in October of 2016. Matrix Residential, the multi-family residential management division of Pollack Shores, will manage the property.

Viera is the vision of the Duda family to build an entire community, which began to take shape in the mid-1980s. The master plan is to accommodate the quality of life sought by its new residents and provide consistency and continuity in the planning and development of the community.

PSREG also completed construction on Gateway North, a luxury 342-unit community in Largo in December 2014. Gateway North was Largo’s first new luxury apartments to open in 20 years.
