Pollack Shores and Matrix Residential Recognized with a Variety of Industry Awards

ATLANTA (Feb. 2, 2018)- Multifamily investor and operator Pollack Shores Real Estate Group and its property management firm Matrix Residential were recently recognized with a variety of top industry honors and awards.

Eight communities placed in the J Turner ORA Elite 1% online national rankings including The Gossett who landed in the Top 50 at number 33. The other properties included in the list are:

J Turner's ORA power rankings are published by Multifamily Executive and highlight the performance of properties, management companies and REITs with regards to their online reputation.

Matrix Residential was also named a 2017 National Residential Satisfaction Award winner for the fourth year in a row and had 43 individual communities place. The Residential Satisfaction Award is awarded to a company within the Satisfacts national network that demonstrates a dedication to the resident experience and a consistent focus on actionable best practices.

The Gibson, a premier luxury community in Charlotte, North Carolina, was awarded the Kingsley 2018 Excellence Award. The Kingsley Excellence Awards are distributed annually for recognizing an individual community's performance in the previous calendar year.
