Pollack Shores to Break Ground on Boutique Luxury Multifamily Development in Alpharetta, Ga.

Atlanta, GA (September 2016) – Pollack Shores Real Estate Group (“PSREG”) recently closed on a prime development site in Alpharetta, Georgia located near Top Golf at 10105 Westside Parkway. The Atlanta-based developer plans to build ECHO at North Point Center, a boutique-style multifamily development with 111 luxury units and 5,600 square feet of retail space that will cater to the unique and upscale community of Alpharetta.

Pollack Shores worked very closely with the City of Alpharetta to ensure the new development fits in seamlessly with its surroundings and with the level of quality expected in the community. Each unit will feature top-of-the-line finishes including shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and plank flooring. Residents can enjoy a resort-style pool complete with cabanas, regulation size bocce ball court and a spacious dog park.
