Pollack Shores Real Estate Group is building a 111-unit luxury apartment community with 5,600 square feet of retail space in Alpharetta.
ECHO at North Point Center will be built at 10105 Westside Parkway, Alpharetta, Ga., 30009.
Each unit will feature shaker-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and plank flooring, the Atlanta-based developer says.
The community will include "a resort-style pool" complete with cabanas, a regulation size bocce ball court and a dog park.
The company has not yet disclosed a price for the project, nor did it disclose the price to rent units in the community.
"The City of Alpharetta is very attractive to Pollack Shores for the same reasons that people want to live there – jobs and proximity of employers, great shopping and restaurants and access to Verizon Amphitheatre and other wonderful amenities,” Michael Blair, Pollack Shores’ managing director, said in a prepared statement. “We are very much looking forward to becoming part of the Alpharetta neighborhood.”
The first units will be available in Summer 2016. Matrix Residential is the property manager.
Pollack Shores’ most recent Georgia projects include The Jane, a 280-unit community, and The Monroe, an upcoming 217-unit community, both adjacent to Bobby Jones Golf Course and Atlanta Memorial Park in Buckhead.
Pollack Shores recently completed Steelworks, a 317-unit community near Atlantic Station.
Pollack Shores is also developing The Flats at Howell Mill, a 345-unit community in Buckhead, and is leading the residential portion of The Atlanta Braves mixed-use development in Cobb County.
