Multifamily Real Estate Firm Brings on Industry Leader in Training and Experience

ATLANTA (Aug. 2, 2021) – RangeWater Real Estate has hired Dana Hill as Senior Director of Engagement. An industry leader, Dana will oversee the development and continued progress of employee and resident engagement. Her new position will prioritize reputation management programming, philanthropic partnerships and event management.

Hill has been a leader in the apartment industry for almost 30 years. In her most recent role, she led the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion program for a national vendor and she previously worked with the leading apartment publications.

“Dana’s extensive experience in collaborative environments and natural persistence to drive positive change in every organization she has touched has left an impactful wake of decade-long relationships,” said Tracy Bowers, executive manager director at RangeWater.

Hill said she joins RangeWater to work with Bowers and Tiffanie Dowd, the firm’s Senior Director of Experience, whom she’s admired for years, and because of RangeWater’s already strong company culture. “Tracy and Tiffanie are visionary leaders in our industry, and RangeWater is an innovator with very strong employee and resident loyalty. That’s what I want to be a part of,” Hill said.

Hill’s philosophy is to put the same energy used to make residents happy into employee engagement. “It’s two sides of the same coin. We are each other’s internal customers,” she says. She has created innovative training programs to teach employees company values and job skills and plans to implement similar programs at RangeWater.

Hill is a leader of national and local apartment associations, including the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Apartment Association, AAA’s Associates Council and the Advisory Board of Apartment Life. She’s this year’s Co-Chair of the AAA Can Can Ball benefiting the Atlanta Community Food Bank.

Hill is a sought-after speaker, frequently lecturing at University of Georgia and Georgia Tech. The Baltimore native attended Frostburg State University and earned a degree in political science before she landed a job with a commercial real estate publisher and was hooked on the industry ever since.

She resides in Milton, Georgia, and loves spending time with her family, traveling, and following her favorite local bands to support the art of live music.
