RangeWater Ranked Among the NMHC's 2020 Top Developers and Largest Apartment Managers

ATLANTA (April 21, 2020) – RangeWater Real Estate has ranked among the National Multifamily Housing Council’s 2020 Top Developers and Largest Apartment Managers. RangeWater earned the No. 10 spot on the Top 25 Developers List and the No. 35 spot on the 50 Largest Apartment Managers List.

The NMHC rankings reflect the company’s record growth in the last year. RangeWater began work on 3,589 units in 2019, compared to 1,598 units in 2018, marking a 125% increase in construction starts.
