ATLANTA, GEORGIA (June 29th, 2022) – RangeWater Real Estate promoted veteran team member Bobbie Norris to the newly created role of Managing Director of Business Development. She formerly held the position of Senior Director of Business Development and her promotion signals RangeWater’s commitment to strategic growth as the company continues its aggressive expansion across the Sun Belt.

Norris joined RangeWater in 2016 as Regional Director of the Carolinas. In 2018 she was promoted to Director of Property Management in Texas. Continuing to expand across the Sun Belt into new submarkets such as Salt Lake City and Phoenix has also contributed to the company’s aggressive growth strategy. She cites the company’s focus on creating authentic and fulfilling experiences at each development.
