Multifamily Developers’ Executive Managing Director Selected “2021 Woman of Influence”
ATLANTA (July 23, 2021) – GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum has selected RangeWater Real Estate’s Executive Managing Director Tracy Bowers as a Woman to Watch at the 2021 Woman of Influence Awards. She was named among top women executives who have impacted the market and driven the industry to new heights through their outstanding leadership and successes. Bowers receives the honor at the third annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards Dinner in Park City, Utah on July 22, 2021.

Bowers joined RangeWater in 2011, managing 100,000 units across the Southeast and Southwestern United States at the time. Bowers has since successfully led the lease-up efforts of more than 200 new developments and orchestrated and executed strategic plans for 85 value-add projects.
Bowers earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Georgia, a Master's degree in Management/Organizational Behavior from Georgia State University and an interior design degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and a member of the National Apartment Association, Georgia Apartment Association and the Atlanta Apartment Association. She currently serves on the board of the Atlanta Apartment Association and was the chair of the association in 2019.
