Rangewater receives $32.1M in permits for San Jose Forest apartments

Apartments are coming to the San Jose Forest area.

Summit Contracting Group Inc. received $32.1 million in permits more than 15 permits to construct more than 200 units on behalf of Homestead San Jose MF Realty Company LLC, a subsidiary of Atlanta-based developer Rangewater.

The development, 3730 Dupont Ave., is located off Old Kings Road west of Philips Highway.

Summit will build seven, three-story, 30-unit apartment buildings, which are roughly comprised of 28,000-30,000 square feet each.The builder also received permits for garages, a clubhouse, a pool, a mail kiosk and trash compactor.
