The abandoned Norfolk Southern building in Downtown will be transformed into residences, according to a report from Curbed Atlanta. CIM Group will transform the former office building into 246 one- and two-bedroom residential units. Three would be 90 studios, 108 one-bedroom units, and 48 two-bedroom units. 50,000 square feet of retail space could fill the lower floor of the building, facing Ted Turner Drive.
Pollack Shores Real Estate will build a 325-unit apartment complex at 1099 Boulevard near the future southeast trail of the Atlanta BeltLine at Chosewood Park. The project will include a mix of studio units up to three-bedroom units and retail along Boulevard.
