Residential Deal of the Year - Finalists

For its multiple multifamily projects in metro Atlanta, including its role at The Battery Atlanta, Pollack Shores Real Estate Group has earned one of two finalist honors in the Residential category in this year’s Best in Atlanta Real Estate Awards. Since its founding in 2006, the company has developed about 7,500 units in the Southeast, with more than 3,000 of them in metro Atlanta, according to Michael Blair, Pollack Shores managing director, development.
